I’m Rebecca Ranson – journalist, wife and first-time mama.

Full disclosure: I’m definitely no expert when it comes to parenting, but I’m a quick learner and have found things that work for our family that may help you too.

So who are we? Teddy, the ‘Ted’ to this blog’s ‘Ginger’, is our first baby and the most wonderful little miracle – all 10 fingers and 10 toes of him. Harper, our pup, is a copper-hued bundle of energy who, to an extent, taught us to be parents before the little man arrived. Then there’s Mr R, my teenage sweetheart, husband and unrelenting wing man.
